Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to run your audit and reply to you, we never sell or share your data, and you can ask for deletion at any time by emailing hello@radiusfifty.com. The details are below.
What we collect
- Audit requests: your business website and email, used to run the scan and send the report.
- Client engagements: the business information needed to deliver the work, under our written agreement.
- Email you send us: kept so we can answer you.
Analytics: this site is currently served without a third-party analytics script. If we add privacy-focused analytics later, this policy will be updated first.
What we do with it
- Run the audit you asked for and send you the results.
- Reply when you contact us.
- Deliver contracted work, including monitoring you have asked us to run.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.
- Add you to any mailing list because you requested an audit. Those are separate consents.
- Publish anything about a scanned business without permission.
Where it lives
Email lives in our mail provider. Scan data lives in Radius360, the scanning software we build and run. If an engagement involves payments, they are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
Your rights
Email hello@radiusfifty.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We answer within 5 business days. If you're in the EU/UK, GDPR rights apply; if in California, CCPA rights apply. No forms required to exercise them.
